Which one is right for your system?
The Community Manager Portal is used to deploy and manage the accounts, devices and settings of a multi-user community (such as an MDU or co-working office space), while the Installer Portal is used to deploy and maintain the accounts, devices and settings of a single-residence home or commercial property.
Best of all, you can access both portals from a single portal account. There is an option in the portal that allows for easy switching between the two roles, allowing installers to manage any type of system from one account.
Akuvox Cloud Dashboard
The Akuvox Cloud off-premise platform provides full remote access to manage and control multi-user / multi-site IP access control and IP door intercom systems.
The Akuvox Cloud user interface is simple and intuitive and provides a quick reference dashboard for on-site / off-site building management and security personnel. The dashboard provides live data on the system including:
- Number of buildings on the access network
- Number of separate apartments or offices
- Number of door intercom or access controls devices on the system
- Number of indoor answering panel devices on the system
- Number of registered users
- Daily statistics on number of calls and door releases, etc
